our
laboratory
In order to guarantee food safety, as well as the quality of each product that leaves our production lines, we have our own quality control laboratory.
The raw materials are therefore subject to a rigorous analysis process upon reception, in order to ensure that they meet all the necessary requirements.
Our laboratory is mainly focused on the analysis of flours, which are our main raw material. We have equipment that helps us understand the behaviour in the production line of all the batches of flour received, thus guaranteeing the quality of our products.
